We ring fence an area of The Play Village, exclusively for your children and their party guests.
This is where the children will enjoy their party food and sing Happy Birthday to the birthday child.
This space will be decorated in line with your chosen theme.
We have 6 themes to choose from: Princess, Superhero, Fairy, Space, Mermaid and Jungle.
When they’re not eating, the children are free to wonder around the eight play pods that imitate real-life settings.
From a fire station, to a veterinary surgery, there is so much to see and do at the play village.
This gives them an opportunity to enjoy the fun and magic of role play.

The maximum number of guests is 15. It is best to book for the maximum and we can reduce it when you have had your rsvp’s back.
Yes, £50 non refundable deposit on booking.
Digital invitations will be sent out within 7 days of booking.
The party food consists of a selection of sandwiches, pizza, veg sticks, fruit kebabs and mini cupcakes.
Absolutely! Every single one of them. Just ask.
Yes, no problem. Alternatively we can supply the most awesome cake to go with your chosen theme for £60. Cake is included in the Gold and Platinum packages.
The whole session is 2 hours and 15 minutes. The village will open 5 minutes after the start time and close 5-10 minutes before the end
No need! We take care of all of the decorations. All you need to do is turn up! We will be busy getting ready for all of our guests before the session so if you do have additional decorations, please get in touch so we can arrange this.
We will be ready to welcome you and your guests from 5 minutes before the start of the session. Once everyone has arrived we will invite everyone into the village for a quick briefing and a song. The children can then enjoy playing for around an hour before heading over to the party table for their food and to sing Happy Birthday. Once they have finished they can return to the village to resume playing. We play the tidy up song 5-10 minutes before the end of the session. The venue fully closes at the end time.
Our Craft & Crumb party bags consist of a popcorn making kit! A perfect gift for your guests to take home and enjoy!
We will call you 48 hours before the party to confirm final numbers and take the balance payment.
Yes. Parties can be cancelled up to 48 hours before with no further charge. We require 7 days notice to refund any deposit paid.
Yes, as long as we have at least 7 days notice.
Yes, every party will have a balloon arch in line with the chosen theme. Platinum parties will have additional helium balloons. You are also welcome to bring your own balloons.
We allow for 1 adult per child plus 4. We can accommodate more as long as we know in advance.
Any children coming along that are not eating with the party will need to be booked in separately via our website. Non-walking babies that are not eating with the party are free of charge and do not need to be booked in.
